Thank you, thank you! I have fought the Noble Lies since the first days of the appearance of HIV . Your speaking out needs to be magnified and pushed to every media outlet and Public Health Agency

Thanks for all of this concise and understandable information! I found you via Dr. Mark Hyman’s podcast

I really appreciate your approach here and completely agree with this article. I’m a fairly educated non-medical person and found Fauci’s claim that the general public shouldn’t buy masks, but they work great in a hospital to be suspect at best. I get his motivation, but just be honest. There are already too many people who ascribe sinister motives to public health messages in gaffes such as Fauci’s mask blunder, or vaccine boosterism. (Discovered your work via Chris Kresser’s podcast.

How are the non vaccine therapeutics evolving/advancing? Could vaccine and better prophylactic treatments get us closer to '2019' in the short / medium term?

Slowly...there's really only a single therapeutic that's been able to make a large-scale difference and that's dexamethasone used to knock down the immune response.

It's not the virus that makes you sick or kills you...it's your own over-responsive immune system. Especially the inflammation response.

Everything else either doesn't work well or like the monoclonal antibodies, insanely expensive and can't be mass-produced. So only those with $pecial access ever get the benefit.

I have been listening and reading everything on this virus and what we should expect in the near future and you seem to be the only expert laying out the reality - it is so poorly understood at the public level. appreciate all that you are doing to give us clear eyed data.

Thanks! I'm certainly not an expert in all of this. My direct experience is more around molecular diagnostics, but I understand the science and am able to keep up with the current research work and understand the scientific papers as they come out.

My main strength I think is being able to translate this into understandable material for an educated, but non-scientific audience. And do so without the emotions that come from being frightened of the future and wanting to deny it...or being frightened of the future and wanting to hide the reality from others.

The greatest obstacles aren't scientific, but emotional...coming to accept what's happening so you can grapple with what needs to be done.

I only just stumbled upon this now, in mid-2023, but I concur wholeheartedly with it.

The anti-vax lies were distressingly effective, and not a few people died from them.

...but the safety of the vaccines is not absolute, and I really resent it when people imply that I am either lying or misled when I say that my Bell's Palsy and bilateral Parsonage Turner syndrome were all but certainly triggered by my first round of COVID vaccination (currently at four rounds, despite the fact that what few data there are suggest that the risk of a subsequent bout of PTS isn't negligible).

By the way, after about two and a half years, I can say that Bell's Palsy was in my case pretty trivial, but that PTS has been a life-changing diagnosis. In fact, I count myself lucky to have had Bell's, because without it, it's much less likely that the doctors would have considered a neurological explanation for the PTS symptoms, and it likely would never have been identified.

Thank you so much for this very nuanced information. It is very calming to find an expert of integrity at last.

I came across your podcast via Dr Mark Hyman whom I follow and trust .

So my question is this ....

If safety measures( mitigation, masks, social distancing , hygiene etc )are one tool, vaccines another tool, and the therapeutics Dr Hyman as functional practitioner advises, is another tool , can you give a relative weight to each tool ? And as part of that question , can the vaccine and repeats themself damage your immune system long term and so denigrate the positives of the therapeutic immune enhancing approach of dr Hyman ?

Hi, I was wondering if you have been following any studies or trials with an intranasal vaccine and if there is any data yet available to comment on what that may look like. Would this kind of vaccine potentially provide a sterilizing immunity? Is there any evidence that it may or may not prevent shedding of the virus by exposed people? What kind of timeline do you expect we could be looking at for the release of this type of vaccine if it performs ideally in trials? Curious if there is enough data available to comment on this and how you think they may perform compared to the currently available vaccines.

Thanks for condensing all this information into an easy-to-understand format! Incredibly grateful for it. Has J&J posted their EUA filing anywhere, or is it still just press releases? I couldn’t find their actual clinical trial data in my internet searching. I would be curious to see that information, especially as they are rolling out in the US.

What do you make of the fact that the mRNA vaccines have really strong side effects after the 2nd dose , they say if you had Covid then strong reaction after first dose, I have never seen so many people with high fever, pain, fatigue after any vaccine .

Could this be Pathogenic priming?

Should we worry?

Thanks

I don't think that's really what we're seeing. If it were occurring, we'd likely be seeing confirmation of that by now given how many people have been vaccinated and how closely many are being followed with studies.

Given that there are no other mRNA vaccines to compare against, it's hard to know but seems likely this is more a function of the kind of immune response the virus is inducing and that being replicated at a smaller-scale by the vaccination.
